Susan Davis has lived in the Northern Nevada area since 1979 and had the privilege of watching the area grow from a small town to a beautiful diverse city that she truly loves. Her enthusiasm for the area exudes to her clients.

Who is Susan Davis? She is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated mortgage planning professional with over 20 years experience in the construction and permanent mortgage industry. Susan is a very direct communicative person in business who operates with integrity and heart. Her top priority in business is to consistently act in the best interests of her clients and provide quality customer service. She believes her job is about much more than the basic financing of a mortgage loan. To her it is imperative to add support, knowledge and value to her clients’ lives.

Susan’s business background consists of 10 years experience in a corporate contracting firm operating all of the financial aspects of the business; including two ongoing housing subdivisions. Upon moving forward into permanent mortgages she has been fortunate that her loan originations have been diverse in nature. She has experience with 1st Mortgages, 2nd Mortgages, Equity Lines, Construction, Land, and Commercial financing She enjoys the process of guiding her clients through the loan process from the first original planning meeting thru to funding. She surrounds herself with a team of professionals designed to add support to her clients in the areas of financial planning for their families and future. Her business is 100% repeat and referral oriented and she provides support to her clients on a long term basis; as clients for life.
